We have offered “oilfield tough” equipment for well over 100 years, and we ensure that the materials used in our drilling rig enclosures withstand oils, chemicals, and even UV exposure. The goal is for these enclosure panels to be installed on the rig and withstand the rig's production wear and tear without frequent replacement.

Yes. Custom designs include vents, doors, roll-up panels, or cutouts for equipment and access. These enclosures fit your exact rig blueprint, and the custom access points can be expressed throughout the design process.

What happens when it's time to move the rig?

Before moving your rig, easily remove the enclosure tarps. You'll get custom-made ‘transport tarps’ designed to fit on the rig when it's in a transport position, providing full protection that standard tarps and straps can't.

Can rig enclosures be repaired instead of replaced?

Accepted Answer

Repairs are not recommended over replacement, as the labor to repair can be quite costly. It’s a good practice to assess what a repair would cost and compare that cost with a replacement. Even if the repair costs less than a replacement, it may not address the fact that the rest of the tarp is worn down (become brittle, coating is gone, etc.).
